Secret Council´s Call UCA 128 that never existed

It is a year ago… The Council of the EU published a call for “supply of chairs for executive offices, conference rooms and workrooms in the press centre” (no UCA 128/11 or  2011/S 181-293907 if you want to check it 293907 ). I have brought a very good Czech company (www.ton.cz) into… and we are still waiting. So far we have not received any information. Not enough, information on the Call now disappeared from the Councils official electronic database. Call that never existed. Very good!!!
