EDA (or European Defence Agency) tried to hire company to train the EDA staff on the “EU”. Wow!!! On the EU? Most of them should be well-prepared by the EPSO concours, shouldn´t they? Well, everything is possible. But it´s getting even worse…. Today EDA announced that the tender has no winner. Why? “The lot 3 has not been awarded because no proposal was received.” No proposal on the EU training here in Bxl? Very very strange…
