Eighty millions euro DG COMM´s contract for the provision of services linked to the organisation of information and communication campaigns goes to Brussels-based consortium COM 27, well-known Mostra SA, French consortium Euro RSCG/Havas Media and Media Consulta International Holding AG (from Berlin, of course). Officially it´s a “multiple framework contract”, new competition will be open for each particular contract.
