Berlaymont selected E&Y to monitor/analyze the milk sector

The European Commision asked Ernst & Young Actuaires Conseils (Paris) to make an analysis on future developments in the milk sector.  The analysis should focus on two main themes: 1) market balance and competitiveness of the European milk sector and 2) sustainable milk production in the EU including its territorial dimension.
