Budget €2.400.000 over 4 years
ENISA seeks to conclude a single framework service contract with an economic operator capable of providing a wide range of web development services to support ENISA’s main website and several ENISA portal sites. Both the website and the portals are based on the PLONE Content Management System; therefore tenderers shall demonstrate experience and have in-depth knowledge of CMS platforms and PLONE in particular. ENISA plans to migrate its websites and portals from PLONE to DRUPAL in the coming years, so additional experience with DRUPAL is also required for possible new developments and support with the migration.
The prospective contractor is also expected to plan and execute the migration of ENISA’s websites and portals from the current infrastructure (together with the previous contractor) to a new cloud infrastructure based on Microsoft Azure.
