The objective of this lot is the provision of services in the areas of:

 User support

 System maintenance and administration

 Application development and maintenance

 Enterprise and Solution Architecture

The scope includes all the information and communication systems operated by EDA

except those processing EU classified information.

Description of EDA ICT Systems

The core technologies of EDA are based on Microsoft software and HP hardware, including but not limited to:

 Server Hardware – HP, x86 servers, rack-mountable

 Network Hardware – Cisco, HP, Netgear switches – Cisco firewalls

 Backoffice – Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 – Microsoft Active Directory – Microsoft SQL Server 2012, 2008 – Microsoft Exchange 2013, 2016, 2019 – Microsoft SharePoint 2013, 2010 – Microsoft CRM – System Centre Configuration Manager 2012 R2 – System Centre Operations Manager 2012 R2 – Microsoft UAG and Forefront Identity Manager – Windows defender Antivirus – InTune (laptops, mobiles)

 Front Office – Windows 10 – O365 suite – SharePoint Online – Skype for Business, WebEx, Teams – Apple iPhone / iPad

 Development tools – MS Visual Studio [Code] – .NET framework Azure DevOps (Source Control and CD/CI pipeline)

 Cloud Administration tools o AWS Portal o Microsoft Azure o Microsoft 365

Basic Service – EDA requires the Contractor to provide the services for a monthly fixed price:

 Contract management

 On-call standby ICT specialists service

 Purchasing service

 Technical support service

 User training
