Firmám, které vlastní technické vybavení pro tlumočení nejrůznějších akcí se nabízí zajímavá příležitost: Evropský parlament sestavuje seznam potenciálních dodavatelů této techniky ke krátkodobému pronájmu. Některé akce se přitom mohou konat i na území střední a východní Evropy! Seznam bude platný od března 2012 do března 2015. Co EP poptává:
1) Interpreter booths:
— Audipack silent interpreter booths with 2 and 3 seats and equivalent number of desks per booth, or booths with equivalent performance, are required,
— interpreters should be able to use ‘relay’ (to listen to a language different to the source) and translate into a target language (B-channel).
2) Technical equipment:
— simultaneous interpretation system for original + maximum 7 languages,
— wireless microphones and receiver with headsets (for maximum 400 participants),
— recording into MP3,
— sound system with microphones, loudspeaker and all necessary additional equipment for recording original + languages.
3) Assistance:
— sound technician for the installation, configuration and to operate the event
