EU “training mission” in Mali: 450 soldiers

The European Union is preparing its military “training mission” to Mali. The Council published today a call for tenders to run a camp and provide complete life support services for about 450 European Union soldiers under European standards (running and maintenance of messing, furniture, tents, cleaning, laundry, waste collection service, and morale and welfare including sport facility, Internet, etc.). The administration of the camp should start running 15.3.2013. Budget for approximately 15 months is €8.100.000.
