EU sends tractors to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea

Yes, indeed, the EU is fostering peace among the nations. EuropeAid (DG for Development and Cooperation) organizes a tender for the supply of agricultural tractors, implements & spare parts (lot1); harvesting & post-harvest treatment (lot2); lot 3: food processing (lot3); lot 4: greenhouses & accessories (lot4); lot 5: spare parts for Case New Holland tractors (lot5). Value somewhere between half and one milion eur. Everything will be cover by the EU funds, everything will be use by “people”of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. Great idea! But the hell why??!!
