Popis zakázky: Účel rám cové smlouvy je najmout poskytovatele služeb pro hostování, údržbu, technickou podporu (včetně vývoje) internetové stránky a návrh nové internetové stránky pro CEPOL.
Místo plnění: Služby budou dodány do a poskytovány z prostor zhotovitele, příležitostná prohlídka místa pro jednání se může uskutečnit v prostorách veřejných zadavatelů v Budapešti v Maďarsku.
Background: CEPOL’s existing public website platform, based on a Drupal 7 content management system, is currently hosted and maintained by an external provider, with the aim to ensure the highest quality of services to its stakeholders. While a cloud provider hosts the system availability, the external contractor drives the maintenance of the site. CEPOL’s communication team manages the website content upload through a direct interface with administration privileges. The service is organised in a way that for every preventive or corrective maintenance activity and for any request, there is an exchange of e-mails between the provider and the CEPOL communication team. In addition, the provider sends a weekly report tracking all these activities/requests.
CEPOL expects to:
– increase awareness of CEPOL’s activities and achievements, especially among its key stakeholders: the law enforcement community and other EU institutions or agencies active in the area of Justice and Home Affairs;
– promote the role of training in order to enhance cooperation amonts law enforcement officials;
– reach a larger audience.
