After four months of detailed assessing the European Commission (DG SANCO) decided to cancel its procurement procedure for study „Gender specific mechanism in coronary artery disease in Europe“ with €1m budget. Reason? „… because a formal requirement linked to the procedure was not fully respected“. The EC announced its intention to launch a new tender for the same purchase in the future. CAD letter here
