The Nobel Peace Prize laureate exhibition organised by the European Parliament was NOT free of charge. The EP has paid €138.307 to Nobels Fredssenter — Nobel Peace Center from Oslo, Norway for it. Without any public tender just because there are some reasons connected with “the protection of exclusive rights”.
