Popis: Zakázka bude zahrnovat vývoj, realizaci a pořízení prostředí virtuální reality – simulace lodních kontrol a nejrůznějších situačních scénářů. Agentura EMSA má v rámci EU na starosti problematiku námořní bezpečnosti, monitoring znečistění moří a dálkový dohled nad pohybem lodí.
Školící systém virtuální reality by měl simulovat např. tyto situace: * Walking through the ship and its areas, * Interact and test items to verify their compliance with the international legal Framework, * Prepare and compile an inspection report, * Have access to EMSA applications, * Take and store pictures, * Inspect in different conditions with regard to weather, light, coating, degradation, cleanliness, etc., on board the ship, * Access to the different nomenclature and description of areas, parts and items on board, * Access to checklists, * Visualize realistic models of the ship and its areas, * Access to library of photo examples, certificates, drawings, * Access to critical areas.
