Council of the EU demands “crisis management consultancy services”

Is it getting really so serious? Council of the European Union (General Secretariat) issued today – right few minutes before the crucial Summit is going to start – notice of the ” framework contract for the provision of business continuity and crisis management consultancy services”. What exactly they are demanding? The agency who will be able to do “Risk assessment, “Preparation, implementation and exercising of crisis management plans and assistance during real crisis”, “Assistance for the development, implementation and testing of recovery plans”, “Facilitation for corporate and departmental crisis management and recovery exercises”, “Awareness-raising for higher management and other staff”.
