Notebooky pro Evropskou komisi a další EU instituce a agentury za téměř 5 miliard korun

Zakázka: Poskytnutí mobilního vybavení (notebook a hybridní počítače), stolních počítačů, souvisejících služeb rozšířené záruky a dalších služeb.

Zadavatel: Evropská komise, Directorate-General for Informatics, Brusel (jménem několika desítek EU institucí a agentur)

Rámcová smlouva na 5 let. Orientační budget €178.000.000

Stručný popis: Jde o centrální objednávku pro desítky evropských institucí a agentur rozesetých po celé EU. Nejvíc laptopů odebere Evropská komise (68.625), dále pak Evropský parlament (9.000), Rada EU (6.550) a Evropská služba vnější akce (8.500). Z menších agentur koupí nejvíc počítačů varšavský Frontex (2.060). Pražské GSA – Galileo plánuje pořídit 310 laptopů. Celkový budget odhaduje zadavatel tendru na €178.508.920.

Pod zakázku spadá nákup tří základních kategorií notebooků (standard, premium, hybrid) + související zařízení a služby. Zde je stručný popis:

Equipment: It includes 9 mandatory configurations in total: * 3 configurations of the standard notebook model; * 3 configurations of the premium notebook model; and * 3 configurations of the hybrid model. These configurations are accompanied by equipment associated to them (see Annex 9 to the Tendering Specifications, sheet “Equipment associated to 1.”). The minimum technical requirements for each product included in the Annex 9 to the Tendering Specifications are depicted in Annex 4 to the Tendering Specifications. In case EUIs need to introduce a new notebook/hybrid model in their own catalogue, then this will be done via a new reopening to competition (whose outcome might be that the winning contractor is different than the one who will have won the initial reopening).

Associated services: Tenderers will have to accept the terms set out in the SLR.  Standard contract management services are included, among others, in the unit price (see Section 3.5 below, and see Section 3.1 of Annex 3 to the Tendering Specifications).  Additional Services are invoiced separately at a fee. These include Extended Guarantee levels 0, 1, 2 and 3 and the rest of the additional services.

Kdo se může hlásit? Podmínky jsou jasné: potřebujete (jednotlivá firma nebo konsorcium jako celek) průměrný roční obrat v posledních 2 letech minimálně €5 milionů. Dále ISO 9001. A musíte mít k dispozici 3 dostatečně kvalifikované support engineers a 10 field service technicians. Plus minimálně 2 reference (z období 1/2014-4/2017) na dodávku minimálně 5 tisíc kusů notebooků a minimálně roční servis.
