LOT-0001: Audio-visual and storytelling services for scientific communication

The subject of this framework contract is services related to audio-visual and storytelling activities for scientific communication, including:

– Photo coverage;

– Video coverage;

– Video production;

– Audio production (podcast).

The aim is to create a modular, versatile set of products and content to disseminate JRC’s work. The audio-visual material will be used in online channels, such as social media and websites, as well as for offline purposes, e.g. in events or presentations.

LOT-0002: Graphic design and data visualization for scientific storytelling

Estimated value excluding VAT: 225 000,00 EUR

The subject of this framework contract is services of graphic design and data visualization for scientific storytelling to produce visually impactful products that will include the following, amongst others:

– creation of visual identities;

– web banners;

– infographics;

– interactive data stories;

– illustrative maps;

– social media visuals (static and dynamic);

– digital presentations;

– leaflets;

– events-related material;

– short animated videos.

The idea is to create a modular, versatile set of products and content to disseminate JRC’s work. These graphic contents will be used in online channels, such as social media and websites, as well as for offline purposes, e.g. events or conferences.
