Provision of software development services in Angular 8+

The SatCen needs to procure software development services that would involve developer(s) working on-premises at SatCen, in collaboration with in-house staff. The developer(s) may work a part of the time at the Contractor’s premises or remotely. In addition to client-side development, the developer(s) will be expected to participate in the overall UI (User Interface) design, the definition of the REST API and other related activities if necessary.
This will include some or all of the following:
1. development in typescript, SCSS
2. configuration of DevOps pipeline (aspects related to client UI)
3. participation in sprint planning & sprint reviews
4. unit, functional and integration testing
5. implementation of any mock objects / APIs needed
6. REST service API definition
7. other related activities
The services shall be concluded within a maximum period of 7 months. The signature of the contract is expected for July 2020. The maximum estimated price for all the services described is Euro 60,000, without VAT.
