Short description: The objective of the contract is to provide filming, photo and postproduction services to cover unplanned, urgent needs with very short delivery times. The requested services include mainly audiovisual production and photography, covering Frontex events, meetings, workshops or any other activities organised or co-organised by Frontex. The services include also postproduction of films and photographs, technical assistance during the entire production cycle (planning, recording/picture taking and postproduction), and usage of Frontex in-house equipment and facilities (studios). The services are to be provided in Warsaw, with the foreseen majority of service provision taking place in Frontex headquarters.
