Ostrá fáze debaty o reformě společné zemědělské politiky EU začíná

At 9.00 the agriculture committee kicks off two days of votes to establish a negotiating position on reforming the EU common agriculture policy. MEPs will vote on four pieces of draft legislation, the first of which concerns direct payments to farmers. The next seven years of the CAP will also be shaped by negotiations on the EU’s long-term budget. A press conference will be held at 14.00 tomorrow.
