„New contents of the multimedia guides“ for the DG COMM of the European Parliament. The total maximum amount of the contract is €60.000.The total duration of the contract shall be 3 months. Provision of the audiovisual material must be completed by no later than on the 40th day of the beginning of the duration period.Deadline for offers: 14/4.
This new contents will focus on the presentation of the plenary chamber. Audiovisual material is needed for the new contents: * The script needs to be recorded in all the 24 official languages by native speakers. The European Parliament provides with the translations. * Visual material is needed to support the narrative. The videomaterial and pictures of the European Parliament will be used. Visual material should take into account the narrative in the way that each theme is supported with videomaterial or pictures (timing and length of each thematic video/picture). More detailed information concerning the requirements concerning the visual material is in the enclosed script.* Visual material will be chosen in collaboration with the European Parliament and the Contractor.* The audiovisual material has to be sent to the European Parliament electronically as it will be downloaded into iPods which serve as multimedia guides (iPod touch, 5th generation, 32 GB, Display 1136-by-640-pixel resolution).
