NATO to run social media campaign to raise support in member states (new deadline!!!)

Call: WeAreNATO mini campaign – concept, design, content creation and evaluation

The purpose of this Request For Proposals (RFP) is to award a single contract for the provision of mini-campaign WeAreNATO in Q4 2020 including its concept, design, content creation and evaluation to raise awareness and support for NATO’s role securing peace and freedom in member states. The mini campaign will allow NATO to directly target WeAreNATO’s key audiences with tailored and localized content that engages them on topics and themes of relevance to them.

Contractor Tasks: The Contractor must provide a mini campaign under the WeAreNATO umbrella in Q4 2020. It is for the agency to propose the channels to use, it is expected that social media will be predominant, but other channels are in scope. NATO’s overarching communications objectives for the campaign are:

* To raise awareness and support for NATO’s role securing peace and freedom in member states for more than 70 years among target audience.

* To raise awareness and understanding of NATO’s role as a values-based organization that goes beyond its core remit as a military alliance.

NATO will finance and use a separate contract to support the mini campaign with paid promotion on social media channels, should the winning contractor propose such channels. At the current moment it is foreseen not exceed the amount 50,000 EURO for such paid promotion.
