Call: HR Learning and Development services to Executive Management Division of the NATO International Staff

The purpose of this Request For Proposals is to award Framework Agreements for the provision of HR Learning and Development services to Executive Management Division of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization International Staff.
The proposed contract type is a multiple-award framework agreement. The Organization intends to award more than three Framework Agreements and at least one contract per lot under the same solicitation. The Framework Contract includes requirements grouped into different lots by the marketplace expertise and specificity of trainings that may be required by the Organization. The following lots are required:
• LOT 1: GENERAL COMPETENCIES
• LOT 2: PROJECT AND PROCESS MANAGEMENT
• LOT 3: COACHING
• LOT 4: MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP
• LOT 5: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
• LOT 6: DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
• LOT 7: INTERVIEWING
• LOT 8: TEAMBUILDING
The Framework Agreement will be effective from the date of last signature by the Parties (tentative from January 2022) for the period of five years, unless terminated at an earlier date in accordance with other terms and conditions of the Agreement. The agreement may be further extended through the exercise of the two one-year extension options specified in the Agreement.
