Digital transformation services (3 lots):
Lot 1: Development in Microsoft Ecosystem (budget €1.000.000)
Lot 2: Developments in the area of data analysis, visualisation and interoperability (€600.000)
Lot 3: Implementation and support of ServiceNow modules (€300.000)
Current IT context relevant for the contract

Lot 3 – Implementation and support of ServiceNow modules: • Two company instances provided: Production: etfprod and Sub Production: etfdev • ServiceNow IT Operations Management Enterprise (available) • ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Enterprise (available) • ServiceNow IT Service Management Professional (implemented) • Microsoft Azure Active Directory (SSO implemented) • Microsoft Azure
Technical and professional capacity
The tenderer must have the following technical and professional capacity to perform the contract:
Lot 1 – Development in Microsoft Ecosystem
• At least two years’ experience in delivering Development Services in Microsoft Ecosystem services similar to those described in the technical specifications.
• To be Certified Gold or Silver Partner with Microsoft, in the area of Collaboration and Content or in the area of Application Development.
• Be able to provide profiles with at least the following professional qualifications:
o Account manager: At least thirteen years professional experience in digital account/project management, of which at least seven years in a senior management position, fluent in spoken and written English.
o Technical project manager: At least five years professional experience in digital project management, fluent in spoken and written English.
o Architect: At least five years of relevant professional experience; fluent in spoken and written English.
Lot 2 – Developments in the area of data analysis, visualisation and interoperability
• At least two years’ experience in provision of Data Services similar to those described in the technical specifications.
• To be Certified Partner in the area of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
• To be evaluated as platform leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Analytics and Business Intelligence Platforms 2022 (Microsoft, Salesforce (Tableau), Qlik).
• Be able to provide profiles with at least the following professional qualifications:
o Account manager: At least thirteen years professional experience in digital account/project management, of which at least seven years in a senior management position, fluent in spoken and written English.
o Technical project manager: At least five years professional experience in digital project management, fluent in spoken and written English.
o Data architect: At least five years of relevant professional experience; fluent in spoken and written English.
Lot 3 – Implementation and support of ServiceNow module
• At least two years’ experience in provision of Implementation and Support Services similar to those described in the technical specifications.
