Short description: The requirement is for the supply of a transmission service for the information programmes of the European Union — more specifically, an ad hoc provision of transmission bandwidth and supporting services for TV transmission. As part of these services, permanent bi-directional links between the contractor’s premises and the master control room of EbS should be established. (Full tender specs here).
Total quantity: The maximum budget is 600 000 EUR over 4 years. The FWC is concluded for a period of 12 months with effect from the date on which it enters into force. Unless otherwise specified, all periods specified in the FWC are calculated in calendar days. The FWC shall be renewed automatically up to 3 times under the same conditions, unless written notification to the contrary is sent by one of the parties and received by the other 3 months before expiry of the period indicated in Article I.2.3. Renewal does not imply any modification or deferment of existing obligations.
