Description: The objective of this procurement procedure is to award a framework contract for the acquisition of security and network management devices and related services, including installation, configuration, support and security checks, divided into three Lots, as follows: Lot 1: Citrix controllers and related services, Lot 2: Palo Alto firewalls and related services, and Lot 3: Consultancy services on networks security. Tenderers may bid for all three Lots or any of the three Lots, but they must make a separate technical and financial proposal for each Lot.
LOT1: Citrix controllers and related services €920.000
The contract will cover: (i) the supply of new Citrix devices with associated services (i.e. transportation, delivery, installation, configuration, start-up, testing and a 3 (three)-year support and maintenance service for the newly acquired devices); and (ii) the provision of annual maintenance services for eight Citrix devices currently in use in SatCen’s network, upon termination of the current annual maintenance contract.
LOT2: Palo Alto firewalls and related services €1.000.000
The contract will cover: (i) the supply of new Palo Alto devices with associated services (i.e. transportation, delivery, installation, configuration, start-up, testing and a 3 (three)-year support and maintenance service for the newly acquired devices); and (ii) the provision of annual maintenance services for the two Palo Alto firewalls currently in use in SatCen’s network, upon termination of the current annual maintenance contract.
LOT3: Consultancy services on networks’ security €80.000
The services sought by the SatCen include, without limitation, the central management of all aspects of a firewall configuration, shared policies, and generation of reports on traffic patterns or security, assessment of Palo Alto firewalls, and the performance of NIST security and cybersecurity controls.
