NATACHA IV: URGENT HELP NEEDED!!!

Criterion T1 – The tenderer must prove capacity and logistical ability to cover the geographical coverage of the contract.

Minimum level of capacity: At least 3 projects related to the scope of the call for tenders (provision of equipment and/or professional services), covering together at least 6 cities in 4 different EU Member States completed and/or ongoing in the last four years preceding the tender submission deadline. The combination of the projects shall cover the provision of both equipment and professional services.

Criterion T2 – The tenderer must prove experience in at least one of the following areas, part of the scope of this call for tenders:

 the provision of network solutions and the related professional services;

 the provision of network security solutions and the related professional services;

 the provision of audio and video telecommunication solutions and the related professional services.

Minimum level of capacity: At least 3 projects, pertaining to the areas mentioned above, ongoing or completed in the last four years preceding the tender submission deadline.

Each project must cover at least two of the following requirements and the combination of the presented projects shall cover all the requirements described below:

 At least one reference for a contract with overall value of at least EUR 3.000.000 in total.

 At least one reference for a contract with a client that employed over 1.000 staff members.

 At least one reference for a contract covering the provision of licenses or subscriptions.

 At least one reference for a contract covering professional services for configuring and installing the equipment falling within the scope of the relevant area.

 At least one reference for a contract covering the provision of maintenance services on the provided equipment during a period of at least three years.

 At least one reference for a contract demonstrating the capacity to deliver the hardware replacement service on customer’s site.
