This requirement has been split into 3 Lots;
Lot 1- Atlantic Building Office Furniture
Lot 2- Neptune Building Office Furniture
Lot 3- Office Chairs
You are requested to complete and return the Annex A- ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT – within 2 days from the receipt of this IFB, but not later than 3rd November at 16:00 hrs.
The Office Furniture and Chairs shall be delivered to their final destination, no later than the 31st Dec 2021.

Office Furniture and Chairs should be compliant with the following relevant standards where applicable;
BS EN 1021-1&2
BS 7176:2007
Warranty: Minimum 12 months warranty coverage.
Expected delivery time: Items shall be delivered to final destination no later than 31 Dec 2021, failure to comply with this requirement will result in bids being non-compliant.
Installation: Where possible it is preferred installation takes place outside of normal office hours (after 17:00), where this is not possible a mutually acceptable installation schedule must be agreed.
Security Clearance: Installation teams are not required to hold UK Security clearance to get access onto base as they will be escorted at all times during the installation.
