The European Commission launched a call for proposals under the CEF Telecom programme making €32 million of EU funding available for the deployment of European Digital Service Infrastructures (DSIs). Interested applicants may now submit their proposals in the following areas:
* Business Registers Interconnection System: supporting the information system which interconnects the central, commercial and companies registers in all EU Member States and EEA States – €3 million
* Electronic Exchange of Social Security Information: improving the cross-border communication between national social security institutions in Europe – €24.5 million
* eProcurement: supporting the integration and implementation of the European e-tendering solutions – €4.5 million
