European cohesion policy strategy check: €60.000

Study on “Strategic coherence of cohesion policy: comparison of the 2007-2013 and 2014-2020 programming period” is demanded by the European Parliament, Brussels. Some details: The overall aim of the study is to analyse and assess the evolution of the coherence of the strategic planning framework of cohesion policy between 2007-13 and 2014-20 programming periods. Parliament should obtain a clearly structured picture of the key changes related to alignment of the policy with Union objectives, coherence of programmming process, coordination of funds with other instruments as well as first lessons of policy implementation.
