Provision of Information Security Risk Assessment

The purpose of this tender is to acquire external tasking services for the execution of an Information Security Risk Assessment for the Maastricht Upper Area Control Centre. MUAC is seeking experienced external consultancy to perform a comprehensive security risk assessment which is divided into three (3) work packages (WP):
Work Package 1: Perform an Information security risk assessment. This work package shall be comprehensive looking at every aspect with regards to information security.
Work Package 2: Perform a gap analysis against the Centre for Internet Security controls for the NOV partition.
Work Package 3: Define a 5-year security roadmap for the Maastricht UAC based on the findings and information provided in WP 1 and WP 2.
The intention is to let a contract with one supplier, selected based on the award criteria specified below, for the period until 31 December 2023.
Background: The Maastricht Upper Area Control Centre (MUAC) manages the upper airspace (from 24,500 to 66,000 feet) over Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and north-west Germany – one of Europe’s busiest and most complex airspace areas.
