Description: The European Patent Office (EPO) is seeking to conclude Framework Agreements for the provision of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)-related implementation, maintenance, consultancy and related services within six different domains: SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Commerce, SAP H4S4, SAP SuccessFactors (including BTP IntegrationSuite flows created for SuccessFactors processes), and Ivalua Procurement Platform. The scope for each domain covers project-related work/development, corrective and preventive maintenance and supporting services, adaptive maintenance and business analysis. All data shall be kept and services shall be performed within the territory of one of the EPC Member States. The Services shall be performed at Contractor’s premises.
Lot1: SAP S/4 HANA
Description: Project-related work/development, corrective and preventive maintenance and supporting services, adaptive maintenance and business analysis relating to SAP S/4HANA.
Lot2: SAP Analytics Cloud
Description: Project-related work/development, corrective and preventive maintenance and supporting services, adaptive maintenance and business analysis relating to SAP Analytics Cloud.
Lot3: SAP Commerce
Description: Project-related work/development, corrective and preventive maintenance and supporting services, adaptive maintenance and business analysis relating to SAP Commerce.
Lot4: SAP H4S4
Description: Project-related work/development, corrective and preventive maintenance and supporting services, adaptive maintenance and business analysis relating to SAP H4S4.
Lot5: SAP SuccessFactors
Description: Project-related work/development, corrective and preventive maintenance and supporting services, adaptive maintenance and business analysis relating to SAP SuccessFactors.
Lot6: Ivalua Procurement Platform
Description: Project-related work/development, corrective and preventive maintenance and supporting services, adaptive maintenance and business analysis relating to Ivalua Procurement Platform.
