Eighteen bids in multi-million tender for ICT consultancy for EU agency in Bratislava

·

,

In the tender for ICT consultancy for the European Labour Agency for a total of €40,500,000, 18 bids were received, mostly from consortia. In my opinion, the main deciding factor is the presence offered directly on-site at the agency’s HQ and the price (the Poles are 20 points lower than everyone else).
