Evropská agentura EIGE (Evropský institut pro rovnost žen a mužů, Vilnius – Litva) hledá firmu, která jí pomůže s její IT infrastrukturou.

Description of the requested services:

EIGE´s IT infrastructure includes physical „blade“ type server systém with 5 server blades and three storage arrays. There are about 20 application servers (both Windows and Linux based) and virtual desktop infrastructure.

The aim of this procedure is to acquire the external support for the maintenance of existing infrastructure that would involve such tasks as:

• creating and keeping up to date full documentation of the infrastructure;

• monitoring the consumption of existing resource;

• keeping the systems up to date;

• incident management, change management;

• other relevant tasks.

Jde o tzv. nízkorozpočtovou zakázku, rozpočet tedy nesmí překročit €60.000.
