Objective of the project: The Vienna Food Safety Forum 2025 (VFSF) is a global forum supporting the transformation of food safety systems through innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Taking place from June 10–12, 2025, this event will bring together food safety practitioners, policymakers, industry leaders, and experts to discuss data-driven solutions for a more food-secure future.
After the success of the VFSF 2022 forum, VFSF 2025 aims to address the vulnerabilities in global food systems exposed by the COVID-19 pandemic, climate change, and geopolitical conflicts. This forum will explore how regulatory frameworks, advanced technologies, and public-private partnerships can transform food safety practices and improve market access, especially for developing and emerging markets.
The VFSF will be in person only at the Vienna International center. Participants will have also virtual access through the online livestream. The forum will be structured around plenary sessions and networking breaks to maximize the benefits of face-to-face interactions among the participants. The plenary sessions will be streamed online and open for participation based on prior registration.

3. Scope of the proposed contracted services
UNIDO is seeking services of a promotional video producing company for the upcoming Vienna Food Safety Forum to be held in June 2025. The contractor will undertake the following tasks:
1. Video Concept Development: Develop a creative concept for the videos, ensuring consistency with the overall branding and communication vision of the event and UNIDO in general.
2. Script Finalization: Provide technical and creative support for the finalization of scripts for two (2) live-action/animation hybrid videos, ensuring alignment with the event’s branding and communication objectives.
3. Live-Action Footage Production: Conduct filming and capture high-quality footage for the live-action components of the videos, adhering to UNIDO’s production and quality standards.
4. Initial Video Production: Produce the first version of the videos, integrating live-action, animation elements, English subtitles and submit to VFSF Organizing team for review and feedback.
5. Finalization: Incorporate feedback from VFSF 2025 organizing team, finalize the videos.
