The EU “exchange programme for young farmers” collapsed

DG AGRI pilot project “exchange programme for young farmers” launched in July 2012 with €1.5m budget totally collapsed. Only one offer was received by the deadline set out in the tender specifications – and it was assessed by the DG to be below average quality (failed to meet the threshold of 60 points in total). So the offer had to be rejected and the contract has not been awarded.
