Trvání zakázky a místo práce: The contract will be awarded initially for 2 years with a possibility of extension for 1 additional year based on business requirements. The preferred location of work is off-site, however there may be some on-site work in Geneva, Switzerland or in Budapest, Hungary for on boarding and knowledge transfer. It is anticipated that the services requested would commence on 1st June 2019.
Popis: UNHCR invites qualified suppliers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement(s) for the supply of Ruby on Rails (RoR) web application maintenance and development services for Corporate Risk Register (CRR) web application of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) unit.
UNHCR may award Frame Agreement(s) with initial duration of 2 (two) years, potentially extendable for 1 (one) further period of 1 (one) year. The successful respondents will be requested to maintain their quoted price model for the duration of the Frame Agreement(s).
UNHCR uses a custom-built CRR web application that supports UNHCR’s ERM framework. The web-application is based on the following technologies: Ruby on Rails 5.2 JavaScript / HTML Oracle database (23 tables) Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS (server) Nginx (1.15.8) / Phusion Passenger (6.01)
The web application is used across the organization for recording and maintaining risk related data. UNHCR is seeking to obtain annual support and maintenance services for the web-application on a fixed price basis.
