Project Leader for large EU project needed

I am looking for a Project Leader for a large EU-financed project focused on the “capacity building actions for consumer organisations”. He/she must have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience in managing EU projects and proven experience in capacity building activities. The project will be run from Prague, Czech republic with frequent travel to Brussels. Requested activities: web networking platform development and hosting services & E-learning modules & Class teaching & Local training courses & Expert courses.
