Description of the procurement: EIT RawMaterials, one of eight Knowledge & Innovation Community (KIC) of EIT, initiated and funded by the EIT (European Institute of Innovation and Technology), a body of the European Union, is the largest consortium in the raw materials sector worldwide. Its vision is to develop raw materials into a major strength for Europe. Its mission is to enable sustainable competitiveness of the European minerals, metals and materials sector along the value chain by driving innovation, education and entrepreneurship.

The EIT Raw Materials Academy is the overarching brand for all EIT Raw Materials” education initiatives. The education portfolio, which spans the entire life cycle of the learner, has seen truly outstanding results over the years with initiatives at Masters, PhD, Lifelong Learning (LLL), and customized programme levels.

EIT RawMaterials seeks to partner with a Marketing, Communications and PR agency that can support our mission and catalyse our reach. The chosen agency will be pivotal in crafting compelling narratives, engaging a diverse audience, and nurturing strategic relationships that will put the Academy brand and its talent and learning portfolio into the spotlight.

The agency will embark on a multi-faceted journey to accomplish the following:

– Crafting Communication Excellence

– Innovative Marketing Strategies

– Press and Media Relations

– Industry Engagement

The selected agency will cover the following scope of services:

– Comprehensive Communication Strategy

– Tech-Enhanced Communication Toolkit

– Marketing Campaign Materials

– Public Relations Outputs

– Digital Marketing and Social Media Content

– Industry Engagement Plan

– Event Marketing and Promotion

– Reporting and Evaluation Documentation

Description: Tenderers have to make proof of suitable references in the form of a self-declaration in a list of the main supplies and services delivered or performed over the last three years before the deadline for submission of tenders. For the purpose of this procurement procedure, a reference is defined as a contractual relationship between the candidate and a client covering services which are comparable to those subject of the tendered contract. By the means of references it has to be made proof of the following (minimum requirements):

– Specialisation in Education Sector: Demonstrated experience in marketing and communications campaigns for educational institutions or programs.

– Specialisation in Technology Sector: Demonstrated experience in marketing and communications campaigns for technology sector clients.

– Global Outreach and Multicultural Marketing Expertise: The tenderer must have experience with the implementation of EU-wide communication and marketing campaigns. The tenderer must demonstrate experience in multicultural content creation and outreach.

– Strategic Brand Storytelling and Content Creation: Ability to develop brand and create narratives that align with the EIT RawMaterials Academy”s ethos and resonate with a diverse audience. Demonstrable skills in creating a wide array of content types, including but not limited to text, graphics, video, and interactive media. Proficiency in leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality to enhance story-telling and user engagement.

– Advanced Digital Marketing Capabilities: Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns. Capabilities in analytics and the use of data to drive marketing decisions and measure the success of campaigns.

– Public Relations Expertise: Expertise in managing public relations campaigns and crisis communication. Tenderer must demonstrate experience in establishing media relations and a record of accomplishment in securing coverage in relevant media outlets.

Each of the above-mentioned criteria has to be met by a minimum of one (1) reference (exclusion criteria). One reference may cover more than one of the above-mentioned exclusion criteria. EIT RawMaterials reserves the right to contact former clients to verify the given information.
