Hotel rooms in Voorburg (The Hague) for Europol

EU agency Europol wishes to enter into agreements with ***, ****, and ***** hotels in the vicinity of Eurojust, Maanweg 174, 2516 AB The Hague (Voorburg). The travel distance between the hotel and Eurojust shall be no more than 10 minutes walking distance or by hotel shuttle service. This is a tender procedure for the conclusion of an agreement with regard to booking conditions (in particular with view to the booking procedure, rates, cancellation terms and conditions). The agreement will be concluded with validity up to 31.12.2015 and can be renewed for the year 2016. The aggregated spending under the contract up to 31.12.2016 cannot exceed 60.000 € excl. VAT.
