Description: The subject of this call for tenders is the establishment of a framework service contract with a service provider who will assist the EEA in the area of innovative graphic design, interactive media, generative design and data visualisation, as well as audiovisuals and communication services.
They want some samples of your work, plus this:
1) A proposal of a mock-up for a new section on the PARC website, specifically 1) a landing page for a new section on chemicals studied under PARC and 2) an individual page for one chemical. The sample work will be evaluated based on its innovative characteristics, aesthetics and feel and look, user-friendliness, navigation, and ability to reach different various audiences while meeting PARC’s visual identity. The chemicals studied under PARC are nanomaterials, microplastics, PFAS, endocrine disruptors, bisphenols, pesticides, phthalates, DINCH and metals. For each chemical, the minimum documents to be displayed on the dedicate page are scoping document, policy-brief, infographic and factsheet. Additionally, the page shall include links to related scientific publications and research projects to associated with the specific substance.
2) Develop a public awareness campaign proposal aligned with the PARC ambition of creating a toxic-free environment, with a particular focus on the objectives of the Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability. The campaign should target a general audience, aiming to raise awareness and foster interest in the topic in a fresh and engaging way. The proposal should include a short promotional video and specify the media channels that will be used, along with an implementation plan. The proposals will be evaluated in terms of feasibility, campaign idea and originality, audience engagement strategy, choice of media channels, innovative elements, comprehensive implementation plan, and potential for long-term impact.
