Selection criteria – technical and professional capacity: The tenderer must have the following technical and professional capacity to perform the contract: 1) Extensive and demonstrable experience in the provision of most of the types of hardware and software products and related services, that are subject of this call for tender; 2) Ability to provide Maintenance and Support Services on a wide spectrum of hardware and software products and services to customers and sufficient capacity to provide the human resources required for the implementation of the contract.
