Description: The open procedure to conclude a framework contract with reopening of competition to deliver standard consultancy services for feasibility studies, option appraisals, evaluations and assessments, and provision of a comprehensive, nuanced examination of the chosen topic/segment of interest. In addition to and following up on the study conclusions, the contractor(s) might be required to apply the findings by implementing the pilot projects developing new services and/or tools.
