UNESCO is looking for a partner to provide services for Organizational Change Management and user adoption of the “CRM” and “Digital workplace” projects. The selected contractor will assist the business owners and project teams in the rollout of the new processes and information system at UNESCO. The purpose of this request for proposals is to support a transition to new ways of working and engage users to adopt the new tools and services and specifically the Constituency Relationship Management (CRM) processes and information system based on Microsoft Dynamics Online and the Digital workplace environment based on Microsoft Office 365 suite.
The scope of the Change Management includes the following:
Provide Organizational Change Management expertise and coordination:
o Assessment of impact and readiness for the process changes and other changes in way of working
Deliver an adoption programme both for CRM and the Digital Workplace
Deliver and Execute the communication plan; Communicate at different milestones of the project
Deliver promotion campaigns on internal website and/or any other means (information meetings, community of practices platforms, booklets…)
Deliver Training
Deliver metrics and reporting on results of user adoption
