LOT2 Event design: visual communication for event purposes e.g. creating a vision based on a theme and designing material for specific events. * Backdrops * Portable displays * E-backdrops * External banners * Programmes * Signage * Kakemonos * Lecterns

LOT3 Publications: visual communication for specific publications e.g. enhancing a document using typography, photography, iconography, illustration, graphs, infographics etc.: * Brochures * Fact sheets * Reports * Publications * Posters * Handbooks * Folders with pockets * Interactive PDFs * Accessible PDFs * Annual reports

LOT4 Promotional items: applying visual concepts to branded promotional material. * Pens * Pencils * Lanyards * USB keys * T-shirt * Bags * Stickers * Notepads * Keychains * Mugs

LOT5 Digital services: visual content that can be used across multiple platforms and devices (e.g. web or mobile): * Animated logos * Explainer videos * Website design * E-newsletters * Social media content * Photo exhibitions

Company profile

a. A company operating in the area of graphic and event design;

b. A proven track record (minimum 5 years’ experience) creating compelling visual content (digital and/or print) for international organizations or major institutions of similar size to the WTO;

c. An established structure, with a minimum of 4 employees (CEO, accountant, graphic designers etc.);

d. Demonstrable experience in producing innovative and intuitive designs;

e. Expertise in creative communications, digital strategy, video production and animation would be an advantage;

f. An accreditation in a relevant field or an ongoing accreditation by a certified accreditation body would be an asset.

g. Excellent written and spoken English and French language skills.
