Short description: The purpose of this call for tenders is to establish framework service contracts in cascade for the provision of services and support in the following areas:
• user experience design;
• creation of an online design system for the EEA’s web presence;
• web design support for various web development teams and projects across EEA;
• web content management support (e.g. publishing content on the EEA main website, adding metadata, archiving content, re-organising web sections…).
