Description: The purpose of the contract is the supply, installation, configuration and maintenance of an automated attendance registration system for Members of the European Parliament based on palm vein recognition technology. The solution shall include the provision and deployment of biometric terminals at designated attendance registration points, capable of reading the existing European Parliament badges to retrieve a unique identifier and performing palm vein verification within a single device.
