The Council of the EU is announcing a new tender for the rental of tents for its events (usually accompanying summits and various ministerial councils) in Brussels.

The winner will receive a framework contract for four years.

The Council will want a mix of three types of tents (A Structure: L 6 m x W 5 m, B Structure: L 8 m x W 6 m, and C Structure: L 5 m x W 2.50) for various types of events, always for 3 to 5 days. There are expected to be approximately four larger events, eight medium-sized events, and 16 smaller events. There may also be additional, one-off events.

The previous tender was won by the Belgian company Schreiber SA (https://www.schreiber.be/). It was the only bid, for €287,000.

Deadline is set on Dec 1st.
