Do tendru evropské agentury GNSS (alias Galileo) na SIP a videoconferencing se přihlásilo pět firem. V lotu č. 1 (SIP to PSTN services) je ve hře Dial Telecom a.s. a Interoute Communications ltd, v lotu č. 2 (Video Conferencing Bridging Services) se utkají atlantis telecom s.r.o., opět Interoute Communications ltd a CNC Praha s.r.o. Hraje se o dvakrát 400 tisíc euro na 4 roky.
