STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES
1) Corporate Objective
a) To procure a cost-effective implementation and support of a platform and an Application Programming Interface (API)-based subscription service for AI-driven situational awareness real-time data through the best-value services of a world-class Contractor, that helps the Organization achieving greater service excellence, efficiency, and effectiveness at a reasonable cost.
2) Contract Objectives
a) Establishing a contract and associated Service Level Agreements (SLA) for the provision of an established best-value subscription services for AI-driven situational awareness real-time data, which meets the Organization’s needs.
b) Procuring an on-demand subscription service offering AI-driven situational awareness real-time data with world-coverage. In addition to the tool itself, the implementation and service offering is to include:
i) Setup and configuration of the tool, which is to be accessible from internet.
ii) Management of user accounts and usage.
iii) User guidance such as user documentation and/or training.
iv) Maintenance and support in accordance to stated SLA.
c) The objective of implementing such a service is to support the Geo & Space Services Section with their tasks such as monitoring global unrest, assessing regional threats, and supporting planning, forecasting, and situational awareness.
3) Management Objective
a) Allow the Contractor(s) the maximum flexibility to innovatively manage its corporate resources, expertise, and subcontracts, if any, so as to provide a high-value contribution in support to the NATO’s corporate and contract objectives within existing constraints and a proper service management framework.
