Description: The purpose of this call is to provide horizontal support to the EURES network and thereby to support the organisation of local recruitment events – so called European (Online) Job Days – bringing jobseekers and employers together, from across the Union. These cross-border job matching events can take place mainly online. ELA, by managing the European Coordination Office, offers an event management platform to those Member States requesting for it. Services provided by ELA consist of maintaining and developing the IT platform, including guidance to end users and testing, and supporting the organisation of Job Days events, which includes the event conception and communication strategy definition, the website set-up, the production of communication material, contact/help center, live support during the event, evaluation. The Contractor shall provide the following:

1. Maintenance and Development of the European (Online) Job Days platform

2. Coordination of European Job Days

3. Provision of mutual learning events, assessment, and promotional activities
